[Misc] BizHub C451 with two problems

Howdy!
I have a BizHub C451 with two problems:
1) service mode has password and is unknown.
2) displays "the following functions cannot be used because the scanner is not available: copy/scan/fax"


I think I need a rewrite or a reset of NVRAM.
