    [Misc] C284e-554e panel trouble

    Any one out there experiencing problems with the buttons on the right side of the touch panel?
    I have had 2 machines where the buttons would intermittently be unresponsive.

      Yes. Have replaced 3 or 4 because of that. Sucks having to change the whole panel instead of just the board for those buttons.

              I've seen it a couple times. You'd think the touch screen would be the flaky part but the hard buttons on the side tend to go.

                  We have just had this exact issue, along with the machine becoming unresponsive after deleting a Job from secure print.

                  Our resolve was to update the firmware to G20-K8. There seems to be alot of fixes in the update
