Konica 8020 C1200 code

I moved my Konica 8020 which was working fine from a lower level office to an upper level. Now it will not run but displays a C-1200 service code. What did we disrupt by moving the unit? We disassembled the unit into the four components such as scanner, printer, etc. and reassembled it accordingly. We did not jolt it and were very careful trying to avoid this from happening. I have checked the integrity of the cables except for continuity of the cables themselves. This code is defined as a standard controller configuration failure. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My service manual defines this code as problems with PWB F, the image control board, or the WORK memory on this board. Check the WORK memory on the F board for connectivity. Go to tech rep mode...then system input...then peripheral setting and check for correct setting.
