C35 paper miss match

Hi all
Got a c35 that is giving paper miss match and jams half way out of the fuser,even internal (statistics page,font list) does the same.
Machine sees A4,ive tried a diffrent tray and fuser unit.
Any thoughts?

IIRC this machine doesn't have an auto-detect tray. You program the size in the paper tray settings.

Sticky registration sensor?? This happened to me a couple of times, found the registration flag not dropping back.
Opening the door makes it go back so its frustrating to look for. Poke it with your finger to see if it sticks.
Remove and modify the holder to work properly.

Turned out being the acctuator for the reg sensor being worn by about 1mm,put another one in and so far issue sorted.
