C6500 Scaning Issues

Hi guys I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub Pro C6500 and I am now having an issue with scanning. When you try and scan full colour with Fiery Remote scan it shows a grainy image in solid yellow when scanning black and white or grayscale the image is grey and still grainy. But when using the direct copy function on the machine the printed result is perfect. I have reloaded the fiery controller with still no luck. Also the image is not centering I have attached a copy of how it scans. I'm using a IC-305 Fiery.

Hi,
Have seen this issue before.
Check the connection of the inteface cable between the machine and the Fiery. Unplug and thoroughly clean the connections. Also try swapping the cable around. worst case you may need to replace the cable.
