J32-01 double sided jamming.pdf
I had a Bizhub 284e (B&W) jamming at least 6-7 times per day giving the error code J32-01 and J32-05.
Apparently the switch gate gets stuck on the black cushions in the door because they get sticky from the fuser and the page goes down the wrong paper path when duplexing and triggers a paper feed error. I have tried the instructions in the PDF attached hopefully it fixes it.
I have attached the PDF from Konica Minolta for reference.
This issue is solved I wanted to list it here to help because I did not find any other reference to it.
