Just hoping someone else has seen this problem and can give me a clue what causes it. I only have a couple of these machines and am not that familiar with them. If you run a stack of originals through the DF, after all of the originals have been fed the pickup roller assy stays down and will not pop back up like its supposed to. This problem is intermittant. This is the little landscape only DF that is on most of the small machines.

Same feed rollers as a c35... I think an end user pulls the paper out backwards after a jam and it strips the clutch. Replace the feed roller assembly.Comment
