The machine is not adding toner. Was on sight late last night and was able to cheat door and turn the toner bottle a little by hand and it seemed like it was trying but would not engage. Seems like a broken gear on the toner add motor any other experience with this issue out there? thanks Ray....

There's a gear train from the motor to the bottle and the gears do strip occasionally.
I usually replace them as a set. -

Yes the gears do break normally after the customer tries to jam the bottle in there.
The frequency of occurrences is directly proportional to the IQ of the operator.
Use service mode -state confirmation/condition check- then -load check-.
Code 1 Multi-code 0
That would activate M13 and the bottle will turn or not.WhateverComment

thanks, went out pulled out bad gear from rear of toner hopper unit that comes out by removing side panel and image unit. 56aa77930 is the one that broke on me 940 and 920 are engaged with 930 but not broke. for any future references. thanks again RayComment
