    c550 multi-feed out of LCT

Machine will sometimes feed anywhere from 4 to 12 sheets at a time. We have replaced the Paper Feed Assy as well as tried different pressure settings on Sep Roller. Problem goes away then comes back a few days later. Any ideas?

Is this for tray 3 ?

they made a stick on metal plate to assist in separation in tray 3, or you might be able to just take the whole tray out of a c452 series and make it fit (I never tried this and cant verify if it will work)

Um, could the paper have glue from the ream wrapper holding it together?
Sorry for such a stupid post, but that is something I have seen before. And it causes something similar to this.
