[Error Code] C7000P - Please Set Replenish Toner Unit Correctly

Hey everyone!

Model is C7000P

I'm stumped....our machine started throwing the message "Please Set Replenish Toner Unit Correctly" but despite our efforts we can't figure out how to fix it. We've tried everything we can think of!

The toner replenish unit swings out for servicing etc.
It has two retaining screws.
If you open the front door you will see one about halfway up the unit and one that has a long shaft on it at the top.
If the top one comes loose, the switch that tells the machine the unit is in doesn't get pressed and gives this message.
Check they are both tight.
