    Bizhub C350 - Black/Grey smears at bottom of page when printing from Microsoft Word

    Hi all,

    I have a strange problem - with my printer.......

    When I print a document from Microsoft Word I get dark (black/grey) smearing/streaking on the bottom quarter of the page. The print quality is generally crisp and otherwise OK apart from the smearing/streaking.

    At first I thought it was an issue with the Bizhub but this doesn't seem to be the case (I think) because printouts from any other program (Excel/Adobe PDF/AutoCAD/Photoshop) are all perfect. This leads me to think it's a problem specific to Microsoft Word.

    Has anybody ever encountered this issue and if so, did you manage to resolve the problem?

      please upload some screens, so we could see the problem. can you scan and upload those microsoft prints?

          Try another type of driver. It may help. Also might be worth updating the firmware if that doesn't help. Or you could convert to PDF each time before printing.

          Also try from another pc or another version of word.
