We all know if we make a copy/print using A3 paper size then counter running 2 click/number.

if you are looking to turn off the default settings for click charges for 11x17, this is in Service Mode/Billing settings. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
