Funny situation but I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this. We have some Bizhub C454e that we have the faxing added to. Fax driver is loaded on our Windows Server 2012r2 and the client machines are Windows 8.1 machines. We are able to fax from Word if we do not add the cover sheet in the driver. If we add the cover sheet, the fax job fails. Same thing happens if we try to print from Adobe Acrobat Reader. If we try from Wordpad, notepad or anything else, it faxes with a cover sheet no problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have seen this with a BH36. Workaround is to Go to the Printer Properties, Then under the fax driver "printer preferences". Default the cover page as ON. Then test it.

I believe this is a limitation with the shared printer. Take a look at the readme that comes with the fax driver. If you build a local printer and try to add the cover page it should work.
