Km bizhub 451 printing problem on banner.

Not sure if this will help..

1. No banner printing if FS 517/608 is mounted
2. No banner printing if "vendor mode" is enabled
3. Before you send a banner, you must turn banner printing on through the control panel. After you must turn banner print off or all other print jobs will be deleted. Emujo

BTW posting the same picture upside down twice, really doesn't help.

Thank you for the response sir. Im sori i attached the image the wrong position. What do you mean a vendor mode? This machine doesnot have a finisher.

Vendor mode means that you have told the MFP that there is some kind of authentication device attached..Key counters and and 3rd party copy track devices fall into this category. If anything was ever installed, simply turning off vendor mode may not correct the problem as some settings have to be manually reset. BTW, you should not have to select thick modes as when you send a banner the print driver auto sets up for the required modes. Emujo

Thanks for the reply sir. How can i turn off the vendo mode. this machine has a finisher before and been removed. Is there a anything to do after removing the finisher to activate the banner printing?
