Bizhub C224e counter different from machine web page counter.

Hi, above machine counter differes from the one on the machines web page. The counter printed from the machine is lower then whats on the machines web page. I am not sure what may cause this to happen but just suspecting a SSD board fault or firmware issue. I have checked on CSES on the fault and came up with nothing.

Before doing firmware, could anyone provide tips to the possible cause and tips to solving this fault.

What firmware level is on the machine? have you installed the latest SSD firmware (v6.05)?

I know there was a fix for meter counts in the G20-J9 firmware, but that f/w is a few versions out of date now.

VG20-K9 mass production firmware was uploaded a week ago but didnt fix fualt. Will try V6.05..
