C280 blurry Lines running across the print on heavy card stick

Whenever i print on heavy card stock... 200gsm plus... using thick 3 or 4 setting, i get blurry lines appearing on the print throughout. This wasnt there when the printer was new. What could have changed since... printer is only 3 months old.

Meant "STOCK" in the title.

Is the line repeat in the same position?

You may perform some checking as below steps:

1, drum
2, ibt belt
3, fuser roller
4, or clean up laser unit
