    KM-C452 error 2558

    Hi fellas
I know this code is related to the developer of image units.( formally and normally K unit)
My real question is that I want to change Just developer not whole unit and I have Developer but when I change developer still I face with this code again.
I have a trick. I use New chip set to reset the unit. with this trick I solve my problem.
My real question is that does anybody know another solution? Returning unit level history on 7~8 without using new chip-set.
Is there any setting or backdoor for this kind of errors?

    Yours faithfully

What's wrong with using the chip?

nothing but when you are run out the new chip and don't have enough time or when your images don't have chip and you have to program the NVRAM, you shall be too passion.
I think it must be a proper method except using new images.

No, there is no other way.

If the imaging unit / developing unit is not detected as new after changing developer it will never work, it might work for a while but will eventually error. There is no option to manually force the initial self adjustment performed when a new imaging unit / developer is installed.
