    KM 363

    I have this problem on a 363, anyone help !!!! Turn machine off and on, that's all that is on the display.

      If it is connected, I would disconnect network cable, then unplug from wall for a few minutes. Turn back on. That's just a start!!

          Try to get into service mode and check on the error code. I'm gunna guess it's a HDD code.
