Need to install a Movie Data File for the Konica Minolta bizhub 454E . Need to deliver these machines this week but unfortunately we don't have these downloads. Any help would be appreciated. Pretty sure I'd get yelled at for giving it away without confirming authorization, and I'm almost positive I'll get fired if I sell it. I will do neither.

If you have access to the manufacturer's website and technical support pages you would also have access to the downloadable data files and loadable device drivers applicable to your machine(s).

If you do not have access, and choose not to contact Direct Service or a dealer, someone more unscrupulous than I would have to help you with this. Perhaps they have less to lose by doing so, in which case, good for them. It's a risk I can't justify.
