[Misc] Konica minolta press c8000 display temperature icon

trying to locate the meaning of the temperature icon that shows up on the display. it comes and goes and the customer says the copier slows down as it goes up and also takes longer to shut down during power off.
this customer has central air conditioning problems at the current time (hot) and humidity is about 50%.
    any ideas?
is it a temp reading of the environment?
    thanks

    Hi,
you are correct. It is a reading of the environment (Temp/Humidity)
There is a sensor mounted at the rear of the PFU that gets these readings.

[Humidity/Temperature Sensor 1] can be displayed on MACHINE SCREEN.
This function is set by the following DipSW.
      - DipSW 2-4=OFF (0) : Hide (default)
      - DipSW 2-4= ON (1) : Display
      *[Humidity/Temperature Sensor 1] is,
      [Service Menu]-[Process Adjustment]-[Sensor Output Confirm]-[Humidity/Temperature
      Output]-[Humidity/Temperature Sensor 1]

also I think when machine is set for QUALITY machine slows down
