    Bizhub 3320

    We recently installed a BH 3320 at a customer's office and they called about the second side registration while duplexing is off by 15mm. The image is slid up the page and part of it is cut off. I went into what passes for a service mode on a Lexmark and adjusted duplex registration as far as I could but could but could not get it even close to acceptable. So we ordered another one and tested it. It has the exact same issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have we just been unlucky twice? Any info is appreciated. Thanks

      Are they printing on thicker stock?

          I figured it out. In service mode there is a setting for US and Non US. I set it to US and it is fixed

                  I was just poking around service mode and changing settings and that one worked.
