[Misc] The panel is illuminated due to a warning

Konica Minolta C227 if machine is in low power mode (sleep has been turned off) and a print job is sent to it.

The display shows the panel is illuminated due to a warning.

The Sleep mode is turned off in admin and the enter power save set to normal as well as power consumption in power save mode set to disable.

    Any ideas chaps

    Thanks Jonny

I take it that the machine wakes up from Power Save and prints the job? The display is normal in that a print job has been sent so the display is activated with the message!

Yes the machine prints fine. If you touch the display or lift the doc feeder the warning goes away.

Until its in power save again and you print.

i have now set power save to 60 minutes so its less frequent.

It's a normal message. Our C451 says it every morning when someone prints before actually going to the machine and taking it out of low power mode.
