[Error Code] Bizhub 600

Just had a customer call that has a Bizhub 600 with an error code of C5101 I'm not real familiar with this box. Tried to google it and a lot of Kyocera's come up with the same error.
Is there a reset for this, and if so how? Also, if someone has a service manual they could share it would be much appreciated.

The fuser is locked up or the fuser drive is locked up or the fuser motor is no-good.
No magic reset for this code.


Check to see if the fuser is rotating free by hand.
If its ok then you need to strip open from the back to get to the fuser drive to check for a problem.
