Cyan skew cannot rectify tried cleaning iD sensors skew adjust and most other adjustments managed to reduce the skew but not completely gone. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
You could have something as simple as the Magenta drum needs replaced, or a dirty registration sensor. How does you consumables look? It may also be a bad PH, but I believe there is a physical adjustment you may want to try before ordering a new one.
