[Misc] C451 - FS608. Adjustment for fold & staple not working ??

I have received this machine recently. Of course folding was a little off (is there any mechanical screw or something to adjust it ?), so I have used finisher adjustment and now it is folding as it should (-0.6mm), however it doesn't work when I try to adjust center staple (fold and staple is still a little off).

Is option 2. Center staple position for adjustment of fold and staple so paper edges would align after folding or is for something else ?

There is a mechanical adjustment that has a scale plate on it at the bottom of the SD. Also, any service mode adjustments must be followed by a power cycle to take. Emujo
