      Hello!

      Did you check the shutter solenoid as well?
      Take a duct tape or a tape of somekind and open the shutter and tape it so it will be open the whole time.
      Try again,if it doesnt fail you,you have your culprit there.
      I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.
