Fw has been updated to latest and I completely swapped Tray 1 feed assy out. Still jams if you print more than one page. All other trays work flawlessly.

Change the tray 1/2 loop setting from 0 to 1. Go to service mode, Machine, Printer Reg Loop Adj. You just have to change the top box form 0 to 1. This has fixed a lot of the 1102 jamming issues when all else has failed. This works about 90% of the time on these machines, if it doesn't work just change the setting back to 0. I always change the 22T gear #AOOJ574400, Install the updated pickup roller #A5C1562200 and clean or replace the 2 one way clutches and scotchbrite the shafts the clutches ride on. Also, make sure nothing is bent on the frame where the tray 1 feed unit mounts to the copier.
