Does anybody know how to change serial number on C25

its inside the 8 pin dip serial eeprom on the prcb.

take one from another machine or reprogram it with an image from another machine.

forgot to mention, I have a feeling this is also where out of box mode activation is also set. If you take one from a machine that has since had chipped consumables installed they will aslo have to go into the replacement machine or it will no longer detect the out of box unchipped consumables. Just a hunch, never tried it personally.

The serial however is definitely there, you can read it in plain text off the the eeprom.
