    [Misc] C3850FS not recognizing extra cassette

    I am trying to setup a bizhub C3850FS new out of the box with a new PF-P13 cassette. The copier is not recognizing the fact it has an extra cassette. I have tried updating the firmware to a newer version both the controller and the engine but it still does not recognize the fact it is there. I have two of these doing this and have tried swapping the cassettes around on each machine and that wasn't any help as nothing changed. Has anyone else seen this problem?

      Check the connection on the bottom of the main body. It's clipped in, and if you misaligned it on installation the connector pops out.
