Copier has to be rebooted after some time with AU-205H on C258

Have a C258 that looses the ability for the card reader to work.


History: there used to be an issue where card reader would lock up after self association with Papercut.
This special firmware was loaded which help resolve the issue.

Then it seemed that some card were not working well, so I moved the card reader to the outsite of copier and that seems to work because the users didn't place the card in the right spot I'm thinking.




Now they are saying that after a period of time possibly during or after the weekend the card reader will stop working. The light on the card reader will flash but nothing will happen. They reboot the copier and then it is ok for a while.


Have turned off sleep setting and set to go into low power mode as normal instead of immediately.


Loadable driver used
A7PU0Y0-A015-G00-03 AU-205H.exe




They have another in the building but it is used very little compared to this one.

Card reader was swapped out with another

Is the network on 10/100/1000MBs Auto?
