[Error Code] FS519 C-1183

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with a FS519 finisher on KM C253

This error code appeared in the past once again, I then searched the forums and found some reasons this could happening.
Honestly all I did is unscrew some things and re-screw them and it worked.

I put it back on yesterday.
Today I got the same problem.

The thing is it happened when I was about to get a page printed on the lower tray of the finisher. This was the case the first I got the error as well.
So the finisher starts moving up and it gets to the point it should and then stucks.

I know the lift motor isnt the problem cause I used it on another FS519 and it worked just fine.
I re-inserted the trays in case something was wrong there but still nothing.

Any ideas?

Have you tried screwing in top tray properly or in different slot?!

Hello,

The plastic holders tha came with the finisher fit exactly is a specific spot from the right side. So changing the place of it aint an option.
