C7000 color misregistration

I have a color misregistration issue on my c7000. If i run the auto color registration setting it comes up with C4522. Manual auto color registration does not print out the correct pattern. I have replaced the color registration module, the transfer belt and the printer control board without any change. Pls help

Run Recall Standard Data in the Machine Adjustment, then go to I / o Check Mode and check the PS8 and PS9 values through codes 36-03 and 36-04.
0 ~ 255, with high values are good and downs are bad.


Being high, run Color Registration Aut. Adj.

this known issue lasers need to be re homed in service mode run I/O #35-21 hit start and reboot should help

Yes, please check your Belt line speed and FD Mag Value. Best values are BLine speed (-25), FD Mag., check measure on test pattern (205.7 mm.).
