[Error Code] Bizhub c552DS with FS-526 SD-508 randomly throwing error code c 1151

Are you a tech? Accessing the counter in tech mode would put you on the issue or looking in the manual. It is a stapler issue. If you are a user, call a tech. If you are a tech, learn how to use a manual. Techs get good help when they post all the things they have tried before posting.

Hello,

yesterday I had the same code (bizhub C552 with FS-526, SD-509).
After replacing the stapler cartridge and carry out "Trouble reset" all works fine. But this morning the custumer called me and said, the same Code appeared after Power on the machine.

Unfortunately, we only have one machine with this finisher model and therefore virtually no experience.

The manual describes the relevant parts: Center stapler Motor (M23), Stapler home sensor (PS33), SD drive board (SDBB) and Control board FSCB.

Has anyone of you ever had this code and can give me a hint?

Have had wire harness issues with Konica Minolta finishers over the years causing various codes and problems. I would start there.

i thought only the 652 came as a DS

Okay, then I will first exchange the wiring harness from the control board FSCB and SD drive board SDDB.
