I replaced the OPC drum and cleaner on the yellow drum unit or when I press the yellow background appear that red line. What is the matter?

Clean Magenta drum and charge. Possible transfer belt issue with blade being worn and filled with magenta toner mixture.

Replacement of original drum unit CMY at the same time is recommended. After that do the gradation adjustment.

P.S. Usage of original toner is also important for good picture quality.

ACSolutions is right, I looked at the picture now on computer instead of phone, and the lead to trail line would be what I described. Appologise for the mislead.

Your cyan and magenta drums need to be replaced. Do that and it should fix it.

i had exactly the same problem last week. and the problem is magenta unit. just change background voltage for magenta from 0 to 5 and press start key
