ESTE MENSAJE ME SALE EN UNA BIZHUB C253, YA INGRESE A MODO SERVICIO STOP 9 pero no me permite colocarlo en UNSET le eh reseteado DATA CLEAR y nada, si alguien podria ayudarme con este caso, oh si alguien tiene el firmware de ese modelo por favor gracias

Nemas nahodou nainstalovany papercut alebo pcounter alebo iny program API? Ak mas skus si pridat device s IP adresou tvojej masiny a potom.vymaz. Nemam na telefone prekladac, tak ti to pisem po slovensku.

Can you post the firmware version you have currently loaded on machine?
Have you formatted HDD or switched OFF?

What is the setup on network like?

Install trial version of papercut mf and seti it up on your PC using the konica minolta api setup. then try to ad this device and then remove.
