Bizhub 363 Movie Data

We recently got a used bizhub 363 in the shop and it appears to be missing the "movie data." Does anybody have the files available to download so that I can upload them in the machine?

Sounds like they formatted the hard disk. If the initialise data you may also need to remind it that it has a hdd installed

It wouldn't be asking for movie data if the HDD wasn't on.

Oh true. Ive had techs think initialise all was tge format and had to re enable it in the past.
