Getting Misfeed 3001 and 9901

replaced fuser but still getting misfeed

If you get the 9901 with the 3001.
The first thing i think of is a stiff registration roller.
Make sure that the registration roller is turning freely.

Where does the paper stop.
The 9901 means its thinks its different paper size as in the tray.
So even a paper tray setting could cause this.

ive never had this problem on c280 range only on the C364 series. esp when techs get lazy and just oil it which fixes it short term but makes worse long term
