Has anyone run into the problem with the C287 account tracking mode not clearing after making a copy unless you press the access button? My customer wants the machine to constantly ask for login information after a certain period of time. I went into admin mode and checked the reset time and the default is 1 minute but after making a copy, It just sits there with ready to copy unless you press the access button
