    Reset tool for bizhub c364...anyone have the file available?

    Hi.

    I got in a used C364 that had some government stickers on it...looks like it had an AU-211P auth unit on it, but I cant even get into service due to CE password being changed from default.
    I have read other posts about a reset file A145FW.TAR and I have a lot of info about it, but not the file itself to see if it will work.
    We are a Muratec dealer so we don't have all the nice Konica access for this stuff.

    Anyone have luck with this procedure and possibly have the file?

          Thanks. Everything went as described in the bulletin except it did not reset the CE password.
          Is calling Konica the only way?
