alternate lines of magenta and cyan

Working with C6500 a few years ago and came across a new problem.


alternating cyan and magenta lines leaf by leaf.


I did the installation procedure of the equipment, but nothing resolved.


Despite the year, the equipment is 20 printed pages, so
I did the installation procedure, however without success.




Any tips?

This only occurs if the installation has not been completed BY THE BOOK.
Follow the installation guide to the letter (start in the installation guide after the supply and installation of the developer) If you follow the steps exactly the lines should not re-appear.

Good morning Mick01, I thank for the help but has already been carried out the installation procedure according to the book. Because it is an old machine, I tried previous and current dates, but not resolved. I realized also that her serial number is open and can be changed. I've never seen this in a 6500. I suspect that this may be the problem ...
