    konica firmwere

    I have Konica Minolta C353 Copier, last one year it's work fine, from last 3 days, machine not Display anything, when i start the copier the Orange and Blue light on , it keeps like that

    what might cause this issue, anyone can update me what to do for this

      There could be several things at fault. The memory modules could be bad. Pull them out, clean the contacts with an eraser, then reinstall. If nothing, then swap them around.

      Or, worst case scenario, the NVRAM and/or the MFPB may have failed.
