I have a customer that decided to change the certificate thru the Web Utilities. When they pasted the certificate and clicked OK, the screen went black and now they cannot use the web utilities to see the IP anymore. One of our techs suggested going to the machine and shutting off the SSL. Done. Still does not see the utililites screen, now we get the error *101 on the browser screen. Is there a way of reseting the Certificate to the original?
