    ineo +454e tray problem

    hello everybody

    i have a problem with tray 1 in ineo+454e machine i could not change the type of paper or print out recto verso using it , it only prints recto prints

    as you see here there is a type of paper selected but i can't change it !!

    when i select tray 1 to change settings i couldn't as you can see :

    but the other tray works just fine !!

    any suggestion would be appreciated i have the same problem in two machines i tried updating firmware in one of theme but with no luck in fixing this !

      Trouble reset
      Firmware update
      Disconnect network cable and reboot and try again.

      Byting on bits.
      .OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

          Top it up with paper and try then.. Just a thought.

              i tried firmware update only no luck , but i will give it another try and trouble reset

                  thats a soft switch setting that has been incorrectly configured.

                  Print off a list of soft switch settings and compare with another one that works fine.
                  Alternatively initializing the machine may restore it to correct operation.

                  OR someone has been stuffing around with custom panel
