i have bizhub c35 when amake copy take time 1to 2 minute then light switch then copy delay each copy

Update the firmware - I had the same problem recently.

Does it show on the display "calibrating" cause if the machine show that and it takes too long, it might be the laser that is dirty, just clean it with that tool from the paper tray.
