[Misc] Ic-415 lock up

Today just unboxed and turned on a c1060l with a ic-415. Everything came to ready ran the setup packages and went to grab the fiery ip address and as soon as I hit the tools button the fiery locked up and would not change screen. Reboot tried a different button same thing... Any suggestions? I'm think first thing is to re load system software

We had yesterday IC416 not showing fiery features on installation despite the day before working fine. Re-loading software and re-connecting cables and boards didn't help.
But disabling Fiery in service mode whilst connected and the re-enabling it back after re-boot of machine brought the Fiery back online.
In office we had it on static IP. At customer we changed the IP setup to DHCP through web interface and since then it wouldn't load on operating panel of machine.
Try disabling first. Then reboot copier. Enable it back on. Reboot copier and wait, wait , wait.. Took for ever
