Bizhub C451 - Cannot turn off replacing IUs message

I came across with this problem that I could not figure out what was wrong???
I done with about 10 Bizhub C451s (Konica & OCE mix), 8 units worked as it should be, replace IUs message gone, only with warning oil can.
- All with same latest firmware.
- Unit life -> unit change -> drum=service.
- Unit life stop setting -> supspend.
- No stop.
- SW 50 to 1 (black ready acs).
2 out of 10 units were not able to turn off replace IUs message, I even re-flashed firmware, change setting to opposite setting then set it back (power cycle after each setting), but no luck. The 10th unit done today with no problem.
Any idea???

Service mode - system2 - check if there's a consumable reminder button and see if it set to "ON" if it is, switch it to "OFF" and reboot. I've seen this fix the same problem with a C452 in the past.

It was set to "OFF".
I end up to do chip reset on each IUs.
