I spent acouple hours adjusting yesterday. I was able to get a straight copy out, off the glass.
But I am having trouble with the doc fdr. Even after getting a straight copy from the glass,
it still put a light gray line on the edge. It looks like a shadow of the edge of the page. And
thins out of site about half way down the page.
This customer also has the BHC552. They claim this always scan in black and they want color.
The b&w 552 always scans in color, (the one with the skew). But has that shadow. And only one
person is concerned. And she does not look like she's happy.
I used the adjustment on the right hinge trying to at least get it straight page then use doc stop
to center the image left to right. Top to bottom is ok.
I can see when I make a copy that there is skew on the page.
Any pointers on these adjustment would be nice.
