Oce variolink 4522c (Bizhub C452) prints a log before every job

Hello. I have a bizhub C452 (re-branded as OCE 4522c) with IC-412 fiery and fs-527 finisher. The copier prints some sort of a log (job no. , job name, serial number, etc) before every job, and it's driving me crazy , can't disable it. I'm pretty sure it's a fiery setting, but can't find it.
Any help would be appreciated .

look in print driver for a "banner page" and turn off or uncheck box.

Probably right on the money, but you have to do that for the MFP not the driver:

To enable/disable the Banner optionat the MFP:
1. Press the Utility key.
2. Press User Setting.
3. Press Printer Setting.
4. Press Basic Setting.
5. Press the down arrow key and press Banner Setting.
6. Press ON to select the Banner option.

To enable/disable by browsing to the MFP:
1. Access the Administrator mode.
2. Select Print settings.
3. Select Basic Settings.
4. Select Banner Sheet Setting.
5. Set to OFF,or ON, based on the situation.

Thank you for you answer, but I don't have any "banner page" option in the driver (latest driver, from efi site). I found in the fiery , PS settings an option "PRINT COVER PAGE" was set to OFF, set it to ON and then again to OFF, just to make sure, but still doesn't work.
