I'm struggling with this problem since 6-8 months ago
Machine: C6000 (and lately another one, C7000P, from another customer).
Paper: 80 gsm (Navigator), 100 gsm (Plano Superior) - these two types of paper are used around here with no problems in other C6000s/C6000Ls/C7000s, even C6500/C6501.
Paper Setting: Plain or Fine, neither works.
Condition: Duplex.
Frequency: sometimes, in case of a 100 sheet job, it doesn't jam; other times, same 100 sheet job, it jams 5-6-7-8 times.
I replaced so far the following units from another working machine (and I installed all of them on the working machine, and this still works!! ) :
1. ADU Sensor - 65AA 5131 1
2. Photo sensor (PS19)
3. Paper Exit Roller/ Middle (sometimes reffered to as "Decurler Roller", as I've seen around the forum)
4. Whole ADU Unit
5. Conveyance Drive Board ASSY - A1DU H250 00
