have a konica c35 that has been sitting in our basement that worked last time used but needed new toners. today i installed 4 new toners and now get a 6790 code. i checked connectors and they are ok. cleaned glass as it said to do. did everything but replace board and scanner but dont know how they could have went bad just sitting and not being used. any idea what else i can check before we resort to replacing scanner or b oard. also does anyone know how to get into tech rep mode on a konica 361. have a time to inspect device message on copier. thanks
